What does SNC mean?

SNC is an acronym for Small Neighborhood Community.  St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Community is divided into 8 small neighborhood communities in response to the Diocesan Vision of bring Church to the neighborhood and to create increased visibility and awareness of our Catholic faith within the community.  Our SNCs numbers, names and colors are:

What is the purpose of a SNC?

The mission in the Small Neighborhood Community is to “SOW the Seeds of Christ’.  This is accomplished by offering a continual schedule of Spiritual, Outreach, and Welfare activities with each community.  These activities of prayer and fellowship offer our SNC communities and opportunity to actively participate and learn more about our Catholic faith and form new friendships.

How do I know to which SNC I belong?

SNCs are divided by boundaries surrounding our church St. Elizabeth Ann Seton.  These boundaries are as follows:

SNC 1

St. Anne

South of Mission, West of Milliken and East of Haven.

SNC 2

St. Patrick

South of Francis, North of Riverside, West of Haven and East of the Flood Control Channel.

SNC 3

St. Rose

South of Francis, West of the Flood Control Channel, East of Grove and North of Walnut.

SNC 4

St. Francis Xavier

South of Francis, West of Grove, East of Campus and North of the Riverside County Line.

SNC 5

St. Therese

South of Francis, West of Campus, East of Euclid and North of Walnut.

SNC 6

St. Thomas

South of Riverside, West of Haven, East of the Flood Control Channel and North of Riverside County Line.

SNC 7

St. Martha

South of Walnut, West of the Flood Channel, East of Grove and North of Riverside County Line.

SNC 8

St. Peter

West of Campus, East of Euclid and South of Walnut.
